Tis the season for some Heart Space Holiday Makes!

I am excited to take some time to share some festive holiday process videos with all of you incredible creatives and todays holiday tag is "Hot Cocoa + Christmas Joy".

This holiday season I have really been working hard on channeling the simple things and the simple joys that help to remind me and keep me mindful of what the season really is all about.

I have been working on taking time to enjoy the little moments of this season that really keep me calm and that spark those joyful moments. Things like...waking up early to make hot cocoa and watch the snow fall, baking cookies with family, and watching classic holiday movies together have all helped bring a sense of warmth and togetherness. Walking through the neighborhood and admiring the twinkling lights and festive decorations has also been a source of joy. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season OR struggle to find the festive feelings if they are just not arising as easy as one wished. Sometimes taking a step back and appreciating the simple things has reminded me of the true meaning of this time of year.

So if you find yourself struggling to find some holiday spirit, maybe you just need to cue the hot cocoa, add a few marshmallows on top and indulge in a small gesture for yourself... it may be just what your heart needs.
